She's a seasoned strategist who builds high-performing TA functions, scales content strategies, and champions human-centred hiring in competitive markets.

Global Talent Marketing Lead

Sri has been instrumental in driving our talent marketing efforts in the APAC and Brazil regions. A couple of her achievements involves developing a talent marketing social media strategy and enablement sessions for stakeholders to become better brand advocates, effectively addressing budget constraints for advertising activities and increasing our social engagement across Avanade’s channels. She also successfully relaunched the Employee Referral Program in Japan, navigating roadblocks and cultural nuances, helping the local team to generate the same number of referrals in one quarter that we usually see in a whole year. Additionally, Sri expanded her skills and thinking to develop Avanade’s global employer brand platform strategy, allowing the company to achieve more results from its existing contracts. Sri's key strengths include her love for getting insights from data and using this in her decision-making. She is truly results-focused, always keeping her eye on the goal, and excels at managing projects and stakeholders across different regions around the world.
